A colonial farmstead house from early 1800 and its guest house need an articulate masterplan to go back to their Historic roots. Through an articulate hand, Martin Architects and 4ma builders were able to add historic detailing while incorporating the clients vision of selective modernist minimal additions to contrast, add light and Character. Our team worked diligently to bring this house back to life from its deteriorated existing condition. Together we explored clean, minimal modernist elements to create a thoughtful blend between old and new.
