Set within a rolling grove of Oaks, the structure is embedded into the earth with the view of an estuary that leads to Gardiners Bay. The additions include two modern flat-roofed dormers / light coves that augment the original A-frame creating double story space allowing for a new mezzanine bedroom and bath with a water view. A specimen of 1970s rustic architecture is made anew and ready to welcome guests for many more decades of costal living.
