Rising above the shores of Napeague Bay, this renovation-addition of an existing, traditional shingle residence takes advantage of the unobstructed views out to the water. The updated structure features a black metal roof that continues seamlessly down the gable ends and a contrasted façade of black and white stucco. Large format panel glass opens the building up to West facing bay views, while the interior takes a minimalistic approach to draw seamless focus to this framed vantage point.
