Kept within their original footprints, the project preserves cultural memory while embracing a sustainable design approach to home renovation.
Built with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and designed to operate as net-zero energy homes, the residences prioritize efficiency, durability, and connection to the coastal environment. Natural materials, clean lines, and expansive glazing invite light and views, while native, drought-tolerant landscaping by DeMauro + DeMauro grounds the homes in their surroundings. Quiet yet enduring, the architecture responds to wind, water, and the spirit of the land.
