Peconic Bay

The design objective was to create an assemblage of structures with varying scales to maximize the views while limiting the footprint of the pristine environment. The design solution employed several structures connected via a glass bridge and an accessory art studio, while creating a dynamic composition of volumes. Elements employed include a canted copper stair tower, cantilevered roofs, rain/solar screen, mahogany siding, and stucco.
