Net Zero Home
The restraints of the steel modular shell, cost considerations, and site restrictions drive the design of this Net Zero home. Using a âTâ design of modular steel rectangles overlapping with one another become the solution to these limitations. A cantilever emerges, creating a sheltered patio area. Public living is contained largely within one large open space with a dynamic stair connection allowing passage to the second floor studio area.
